• Initial walkthrough and assessment

  • Inspect the site to identify hazards, delicate surfaces, and work sequencing (e.g., wait to clean windows until final glazing is done).

  • Create a checklist specific to the property (kitchen, bathrooms, fixtures, floors, exterior areas).

• Rough dusting and vacuuming

  • Remove heavy dust buildup from ceilings, walls, beams, and ledges with industrial vacuums and brushes.

  • Vacuum floors, stairs, and built-in cavities before fine cleaning.

• Detailed dusting and wipe-downs

  • Dust and clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, baseboards, window sills, door frames, and trim.

  • Wipe down walls (spot clean), doors, cabinets (inside and out), shelves, and countertops to remove adhesive residue, and fine dust.

• High and hard-to-reach areas

  • Dust and wash high shelves, soffits, and exposed beams.

• Floor care

  • Sweep and vacuum thoroughly to remove grit and nails that can damage finished floors.

  • Mop with appropriate cleaners.

• Window and glass cleaning

  • Remove stickers, paint, and glazing residue from windows and frames.

  • Clean interior and exterior glass(within reach), mirrors, glass partitions, and shower doors to a streak-free finish.

  • Clean window tracks and sills.

• Kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning

  • Clean and sanitize sinks, faucets, countertops, cabinets, appliances (exterior and interiors as requested), and backsplashes.

  • Scrub and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers, and fixtures. Clean shower tracks and glass.

• Fixtures, hardware, and appliances

  • Polish hardware, handles, and metal fixtures to remove fingerprints and construction dust.

  • Clean inside and outside of appliances (ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers) if requested or included.

  • Wipe light switches, thermostats, and electrical plates.
